I can't stop gambling. I've lost all my savings, every spare penny and more goes into gambling on sport online. I've just placed a bet that I don't even have the funds to cover, I don't know what I'm going to do. I've never felt so scared and lonely in my life. Please help me.

There are things you can do to make it more difficult to gamble like self-exclusion, blocking software and handing over control of your finances.

The forum has the helpline, netline, a chatroom and you will have plenty of support if you start a recovery diary. Take whatever support helps you whenever you need it.
