I'm actually wary of looking into it too much in case I can sign myself out of it somehow but I stumbled upon something that was the answer to my prayers... something I could register for that would stop me signing up for every new site (or at least new to me as in I hadn't signed up for already...spent more than I could afford... got annoyed at them and myself and ended up self excludingfrom site by site)
I've now gone the longest time ever without throwing money at bingo or slots online and I've actually paid for a holiday and am well on track to having more than enough sending money too.
Please don't tell me what it was I signed up for cos it's working.... but please please please if you know what it was... please encourage others to sign up for it.
My problem was mainly online slots/bingo sites with slots as a side and I've never seen the inside of a bookies or an actual physical bingo hall...all online and in secret. This app/registration/whatever it was has been a total lifesaver... thank you

I am glad to hear that things are improving for you and that you have found a way of blocking yourself from opening online accounts. It would, of course, be good to know what you signed up for, but I understand that you do not wish to find out at this point.
You have already noticed a change. You can pay for holidays now and you feel better.
There are many ways to cut yourself off from online gambling opportunities and I think your experience shows that if you do find a practical way to prevent yourself from being able to act on impulses you get, it does make a difference.
It is good to hear that you can see your life improving and I wish you well for your journey.
