Hi Daniel it's good you've reached out for help. Call gamcare if you need to talk to someone. Find a GA meeting as soon as possible. Is there someone who can help you manage your money? If you're self employed you're just going to have to get out there and work for the money to repay everyone. Stepchange might be able to give you advice on debt. You need to admit to what you've done and seek help. Go to your gp if you're really struggling with feeling low. The most important thing to remember is you will not win the money back.
Hello Daniel
We've emailed you today to reach out and offer support. You don't have to do this alone. As merry go round says, give us a call on the HelpLine 0808 8020 133, or chat to us on the NetLine (link at the top of the page). We're here 8am til midnight.
The Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123. And Merry go round is right, if you are feeling as low as to think life isn't worth living it would be best to talk to your GP and get some support.
we hope you get in touch, and keep posting. Everyone here is struggling with the same issue, and they can tell you, it can and does get better when you start getting help.
Best wishes,
Deirdre
