Hi
I reaching out for help. I have a huge online addiction and need and want to stop.
 
I am housebound so I can't go out but I have access to my mobile all day. If it's impossible for me to stop gambling  when it's so easy to access.  
 
The steps I have taken are:
 
Betblocker.  It doesn't work for some reason. I have contacted them and we reinstalled but still doesn't work. I have emailed on 8 occasions begging for help with no reply. My previous phone worked great but this doesn't.  Should I buy a cheap phone and try another blocker.
 
I have a basic bank account so I can't  buy online but now they all do bank transfers. The banks gambling  blocks only last a few days before I can reopen. 
 
I'm on Gamstop but I can access sites in Europe.  I know they can't be trusted but go ahead anyway. 
 
I don't have anyone who can monitor my banks activity. 
 
Thanks for reading and any solution would be so appreciated.  I've gambled for years. When Betblocker worked I was so happy. I didn't have the urge as I couldn't access. I now have £3 in my bank.
