I’ve been gambling on and off for years , for some context im 24.. im in a few thousands pound debt due to this problem, I get paid pay my bills as I know ill blow it and then spend my money on slots !!! I’m on Gamban but unfortunately there’s ways around that, I had 4 months last year gamble free. I know that I’m fine if I don’t do it then if I say £10 only etc then I can’t stop myself I add £10 more until I have no more . What has everyone done to fill the gaps? To stop spending money and to just forget about the habits of gambling I feel like my whole life is a mess. I’m 24 with nothing!!! Surely there’s a way to stop for good😢 some advice please?
