Slot (not so foolish) that is absolutely wonderful.

Guru status will be attained in one weeks time and it is a wonderful achievement.

I do look to people like yourself for inspiration on occasions when I feel my resolve weaken. The message you send out is that recovery is there if we want it. Keep up the good work my friend and enjoy happy days, contentment and good adventures along the way.

Hi all, fingers crossed you can help me on my journey of becoming gf. I have tried several times on my own to break this horrible habit with no joy, always relapsing. Its so hard not being able to talk to anyone about it. I have a wife of 15 years and 6 year old son who I love dearly, so a lot to lose if this continues. I have struggled to be open with my wife about it as I'm ashamed and feel weak, but reading this forum has given me reassurance that I'm not alone. Thank you for this, already feel better just reading other posts. So heres to becoming gf!

Wishing all the Guru Challengers a super duper, fun filled weekend of intrigue, adventures and fun.

May we venture forth with courage, hope and determination as we leave the past behind.

For any amongst us who are struggling with personal issues, illness or addiction, I send my best wishes along with the hope that things improve for you.

Sars 27! You rock. congrats. Hi DX, please do join. This thread has changed a bit for the time being because the person who does the check in is away. We can support one another onwards to everyones first year gamble free! Each person's year will be a different date andthat is okay. As far as myself. i think I'm close to 3 months but I'm trying not to focus too much on counting. One day at a time. I'm sobering up, not from alcohol from compulsive gambling on slots on and off for many yeats ( could be 13??? lost count and don't want to know). tara2

Day 256 gamble free for me. All is good. When making a delivery in WHother day I saw a bloke on FOBT while simultaneously spinning the reels on the mobile. This is a sad lonely cruel addiction at times init.

Have a great gamble free week people
