Sorry I shouldnt have signed up I knew I was still in the gamblers mindset. I gambled later that day. I hope with a new start to the week, after a horrible weekend I can start a fresh and beat this horrible addiction that will ruin my entire life if I don't stop now.
Day one for me I hope it's my last. The horrible thing is I don't know if this will be my last day one. Im lost at the minute and I hate it.
Don't ​worry anon ive been on here three years and only just this year managed to get gamble free runs going more than a month at a time. It takes getting all the right blocks in place and patience along with a lot of help onhere, we will be with you if u succeed or if u fail just try ur best, adam
