Just signed up for Gamban and got it installed. I’ve delayed doing this for over 6 months, telling myself it would be pointless as it probably only blocks uk regulated sites and it’s the offshore sites I have an issue with. Delighted to have found I’ve just checked a few of my regular sites and they are blocked! If anyone is thinking there’s no point as it won’t block everything like I was, just do it. I’ve not found anything it’s not blocked yet.
Can’t explain the relief I feel right now, wish I’d just done it sooner! Honestly feel like this will be a game changer to my recovery
This gamban sounds amazing, well done you for installing it, my question is, is it a down load you can install and uninstall whenever you like? Good luck with your recovery

@3vdwioh9mc I’ve not looked into uninstalling into too much detail because I don’t want possibility of that knowledge in my head. But, as a vague search it looks pretty permanent. The only downside you might find is a site it’s not blocking (although you can report these to them) and personally, I’ve not found any it’s not blocked yet through testing various offshore sites from Curacao, Malta etc. I just went for it and did the full 15 year ban I think, but it is possible to do 6 months so that would be a way I think people could get around it. I only gamble on my mobile but it can be added to other devices. Fingers crossed it’ll make the difference, I already feel so much better it’s out of my hands!
@i7r9twun1f 100% I was convinced (with no evidence, typical gambler mindset! 😅) that it wasn’t going to block anything outside of the UK but it absolutely does from what I’ve checked so far. Comfortable I’ve checked enough to feel safe with it and remove the temptation!
