Im really dissatisfied with my bank which will not be named as they have a debit card block for me on gambling transactions however I have asked for further blocks to be put in place which they say they are going to do but nothings been done , my other account with another bank was so helpful and resolved issues straight away however this certain bank just seem to not care after contacting they’re CS team 100s of times begging for my bank account to even be more limitedÂ
Forget about the bank they're not there to supervise every transaction you make ,

I had a similar issue and decided to permanently switch banks to Starling bank. They have great tools to support with gambling addiction and tip top cs team. @Anonymous - People with gambling addiction need to decide what works for them, some of us go to the extreme by letting a trusted partner manage their bank and provide them with an allowance, others cut up their cards and use their passport to withdraw cash from the bank desk. At the end of the day you have to do what prevents you from gambling, some organisations and institutions are limited as you've experienced with your bank, so my advice is do something drastic that will help yourself.
@oranje01 great reply monzo seems to be alright to be honest whats starling link with the transactions as B******s just leave me do bank transfers to these casinos and its annoyed me.
I have a gambling addiction too, a while ago I decided to stop using mobile and internet banking and removed/ uninstalled them, it was a pain to begin with as I had to pay for things in the old fashion way, however now I'm used to it and really helped me when I had urges to gamble as I physically couldn't transfer money.Â
