I was frustrated, confused and angry when gambling but ultimately I have decided to quit gambling for financial reasons but more importantly my sanity.

Gonna take each day as it comes.

Hello Danone,

Welcome to the GamCare Forum,

Thank you for sharing your decision and determination with us. Many people who do decide to reduce or stop gambling find that it improves not just their financial health but their mental health also. It sounds like gambling for you had become no longer enjoyable. If you have not already you may wish to contact our Helpline on 0808 8020 133 to discuss a plan of strategies with an Advisor that you could implement to aid in your aim.

Best Wishes for your future,

Louise
