you will never beable to get over gambling when you have to be in contact with it every year. THERE IS NO REAL HELP FOR PROBLEM GAMBLERS. They are all in it together to continue this disease amongst the society:Â
Hi
Self excluding wise and a healthy thing to do.
Having over finances it took me some to do that one.
You are heading in a much healthier direction.

The only true help comes from within. The help agencies will show compassion and offer support, but they can't monitor your every move. The gambling establishments are merciless and prey on people like you. Ultimately you have to go back to basics and have discipline.
In the animal kingdom survival is the primary instinctive driving force and focus. Our worlds are distorted because our feeling of self worth is compromised by societal infrastructure that removes independence.
That's why people can feel worthless and have low self esteem, because a hierarchy exists. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. People with high social status are admired while less influential groups are either judged negatively or forgotten about.
People feel trapped, which is why they gamble, but invariably it makes the situation worse and the downward spiral continues.
