Hi there,
After being almost 3 years without gambling, controlling each € I have, here I am falling again to the claws of slot machines.
On october 2013 I decided to try new online slots available in Spain (due to Spanish Regulation on 2011, many online casinos stopped to operate or to offer slots in Spain).
I was convinced that I had the total control. I was totally sure that I would never spend more than 50€-100€ per month, only to have fun.
Totally wrong! I was falling into the addiction again.
I went too far when I started to spend all the funds that I receive each month. I could not stop until my bank account turns to Zero.
Each time I self-exclude myself from a casino, I go and start a new account on another casino.
I would highly appreciate it if you can tell me about the way to exclude myself from any casino online, whether it is installed in Spain or not.
There is a form on the Government website which only excludes you from online casinos in Spain (with domain ending in .es). It did not help me. I need to exclude myself from any casino online which operates in Spain and its domain is not ".es".
Thank you in advance for your help.-
Hello nadiuska71,
Well done on managing well for 3 years, please remember your track record of success, as a way to build your confidence that you can succeed with your recovery again.
It is good that you've self-excluded, and now you want an extra layer of protection, which is sensible too. Many of our forum users have found it helpful to install a browser that will filter out gambling sites, like

http://www.gamblock.com/index.html
It can help as well if you use some motivational support for your recovery... If you are based in Spain you might be interested in looking at the gamblingtherapy website which includes some links to sources of support in Spain:

Take care,
Adam.
