I have decided to sign back up for 1-1 telephone appointments through gamcare the last couple weeks have been a hard one. going out drinking and having my partner go on the pub slot machines loads of arguments I agree down to me asking my partner to go on them and her giving in once again on top of it all I’ve finally realised after so many times on this forum when people have said I need the help. I feel as if I’m going to slip and it’s me going to be playing them! But I have my phone call this coming Tuesday so all I can do now is focus on the future!
