As of today I have blocked all my emails regarding gambling. Was starting to effect my home and work life. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated to help me conquer my addiction
Hello @griffiths1982,
Welcome to the Forum.
Well done on blocking any gambling emails and taking the brave step of asking for advice.
It's difficult to advise properly without knowing more about your situation, so I'd recommend getting in touch with our advisers, either on the Helpline (0808 8020 133) or Netline (webchat www.gamcare.org.uk/get-support/talk-to-us-now). Someone is available to talk to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will listen non-judgmentally to what's been happening and let you know about tools and strategies you can use to support you to stop.Â
In the meantime, a great place to start is by self-excluding yourself from the places where you gamble. There are various different schemes for different land-based venues and online, which you can read about here:

All the best,
Elizabeth
