Make sure that they have time to listen to you, make them a cuppa and make sure that you will not be disturbed as you tell them. They will probably be relieved that you are telling the truth and not hiding it. Give them the chance to ask questions and try keep calm if they struggle to understand how difficult it is for you. Maybe even ask them if they will help you look after money, or just listen when it gets tough. Good luck.
