It's not easy to fight the urge to gamble. But it definitely is just an urge and it will pass. Just remember what you felt like the day you signed up. And remember that's what you will feel like after you relapse because it's inevitable you will push it all back down the throat of the machine in a zombie state

KP, you and Mixer have been a great source of strength to me. As I said in an earlier post I do not want to be the one to let everyone else down and I know you don't either. I also still get the urges, like most others I suspect. When I wake up the next day i feel proud, yes proud, I did not give in. I think had I not had the urges the day before, i would feel grateful I had not gambled but not proud. That is the key, regaining self respect. Lets keep it up everyone. YNWA and as you say We can and we will!
