I stayed 5 months without playing and saving only to play the money I saved in that time and more. I am in debt, I have no job and no motivation. What to I do now? How I can turn my life around and get back to normal me? I feel I am losing my mind, I can not think at something else just to gamble. I need to stop. I have no one to talk with. Please help!!!

Hi DJ.  I am in the same leaky boat.  I am only 3 or 4 days without gambling, so I don't have much wisdom to share

BUT

I have been watching a good YouTube podcast that has been helping a lot.  It is called ODAAT Gambling Awareness.  The host is a former compulsive gambler and he has guests on who share their stories of recovery after devastating gambling harms.  It may be worth a watch for you for some hope and inspiration.  Hang in there.

I just need some help to get over these crazy thoughts. I need to rebuild my life. This time I can not forgive myself so easy and it will take some time until I will be back to normal. What can I do to get out of this mess I put myself in?
