Hi there been a member for a while but today I've once again just blown £600 and £200 yesterday and another £200 the day before online slots and at bingo? For years I've been spending a lot on these sites I lose lots and win some back a few times I've won £2500 and then about a month ago I won £5000 also do the lottery every week about £40! I've won the hotpicks games a few times but always spend the same trying again! I used the £5000 to pay my car loan off and have literally gambled the rest! So annoying as I'm self excluded from over 40 sites online but somehow always find a new one! Have previously been overdrawn and used credit to gamble. Luckily I am not in debt after today. Only about £200 in my bank now though! Always on the limit and never have any spare. Will never buy things that are expensive but always gamble double! Partner has found out a few times and he's always fuming as can't quite understand why I can't stop! I want to stop but I want to win lots for a better life 🙁
If you want to stop there's plenty of effective advice on the forum starting with telling your partner you have a problem and giving him control of your finances. If you just want to stop losing it's not going to happen as you've proved over and over.
