Hi Dean, fantastic to read you are staying strong and are now 26 days gamble free.

As for me, today is day 50 and it feels great to say that. Have been dealing with Stepchange to set up a Debt management plan with my credit cards which should take some pressure off the finances.

We can beat this but don't get complacent!

Hi I'd like to join please, I've been on gamcare since 2015.  Almost lasted a year last year then relapsed in may, I started again and currently on day 250 so if I make the 100 challenge I'd be chuffed. Cheers adam

Hi all, sorry for lack of updates. Happy to say that today is Day 54 gamble free and I'm feeling great!

Hopefully everyone else is having the same joy.

Hi Adam, thanks for joining. Isn't it crazy how after such a long period of success things can unravel so quickly? I've been there before too, well done for getting yourself back on track. 250 days is a fantastic achievement! Almost into the final 100 days to make it a whole year, hopefully this thread helps ?

Sorry for not responding Bladesman, hopefully things are going just as well for you. Well done on setting up the debt management plan, I'm sure a bit of organisation and a clear goal will work wonders for you. 

Hi Dean, good to hear from you and that you are still going strong. I'm still with you on day 77 today, isn't it great how much better we feel and would never have thought it 3 months ago.
