Hi Dean, fantastic to read you are staying strong and are now 26 days gamble free.
As for me, today is day 50 and it feels great to say that. Have been dealing with Stepchange to set up a Debt management plan with my credit cards which should take some pressure off the finances.
We can beat this but don't get complacent!

Hi I'd like to join please, I've been on gamcare since 2015. Â Almost lasted a year last year then relapsed in may, I started again and currently on day 250 so if I make the 100 challenge I'd be chuffed. Cheers adam

I've been there before too, well done for getting yourself back on track. 250 days is a fantastic achievement! Almost into the final 100 days to make it a whole year, hopefully this thread helps ?
