A testing 3 days ahead, going to three different towns, family shopping and my usuall activity is gambling. Have to carry little or no cash and plan what I am going to do to keep me busy - just in case.

Today was a success, not easy but I did it. The thing is, shopping is not my thing and finding things to do for 6 hours was very, very hard. Just walking around the same streets time and time again, still better then the last time I went to Manchester, £450 lost on the FOBT and feeling sick for days.

Hi all

Gambling industry should be ashamed! My 8 year old daughter last night asked if she could have £10, I said why and she said that on the TV they are saying if you deposit £10 you get £40 free to play on Bingo, she said that this way we can buy a bigger car because we will win loads of money.

Shame on you.

Hi Paul,

Those adverts are getting worse, there's more sites now and they are on a lot more now.
