Hi guys

Anyone in doubt of gambling and thinking having a 'little punt' think twice. Yesterday, spoke to M****n a friend of mine who is a manager of a well known bookmaker. He said last week a young chap came in and put £150 in the roulette machine and got it up to £4000. When he came to the counter to collect his money my mate said he hasn't got it but can put it on a card or he can go to the bank for the cash. He said ok, he would come back later. About 2 hours later the chap returned but instead of going straight to the counter he put the ticket into the machine.

Three hours later he walked out with NOTHING, my mate couldn't believe it and said to his assistant and said HOW MUCH IS ENOUGH!

Hi Guys

70 days gamble free, I follow cricket a lot and when you have scored 70 runs you have one eye on your century.

Hi guys

Not gambling is certainly getting easier, right now I feel if I never gambled again for the rest of my life it wouldn't bother me. Caution is still the key, I know how easy it is to slip off the road and into darkness again.

A nice shot into the covers for one and it's 73 Not Out.

75 Not Out, three quarters of the way there in reaching my century. Just got to nuckle down and concentrate for the next couple of weeks, going to different towns where I have not self excluded. Caution is the key.

Hi guys

Another successful day shopping in a town where I have not self excluded. Hard walking around for 5 hours but I suppose that is better then that horrible sinking feeling after a big loss. 78.
