WEEK 14. DAY 96. "It's another day, it's another "NO" (to GAMBLING).
First day of training finished! All went well and actually enjoyed it!! (May be due to the fact that I slept really well last night - no nightmares)!!!
Nice relaxing evening to myself with homemade Spag Bol and nice g.o.r.w. Son is on his way to Cuba and has already txtd me with a list of things for me to do for him - pop round to his flat and switch his alarm off, unplugg his laptop and put it in a safe place etc etc. Does he think I don't have a life?!! Only joking, Mums will do anything for their sons (and daughters too) although I do not have one.

I feel 100 days is a huge achievement considering the state i was in January.
There is no way i would have reached this milestone without the support of this site and I want to say a big THANK YOU to you in particular. Your messages of support have been an inspiration to so many people and made a real difference.
I wont be posting for a while so just want to say congratulations on reaching 100 days this weekend.
Im off to Somerset for the weekend now so take care i will keep a check on your progress over the coming months.
WEEK 15. DAY 99. "It's another day, it's another "NO" (to GAMBLING).
Well... Time for next months pay day MINI GOALS:
1. To continue to pay all bills.
2. To continue to budget wisely.
3. To put some money aside for new lenses for my glasses.
4. To be grateful for what I have got.
Things going really well - no urges, thoughts or desire to return to gambling whatsoever. I received an email last night from ***, informing me that I had a Fifty Pounds free bet!!! How on earth did they get my email address?? I have never used them before EVER!!! I quickly applied my simple technique: "NOTHING IS FOR FREE", "I WILL ONLY LOSE ANYWAY" and promptly deleted the email - SIMPLE AS!! What was even better about that was, I never gave it a second thought once I had done so.
As day 100 approaches tomorrow, I am going to have a lovely weekend with my sister (catch up now she is back from holiday). I am going to cook her a special supper for her belated Birthday, have a few g.o.w's and then into town tomorrow for a browse and maybe another cheeky g.o.w.
Big day for me on Monday!!! (personal). Hope it doesn't hinder my weekend. I was blessed to have parents who brought me up to tell the truth at all times. I am hoping that by telling "nothing but the truth" on Monday, will pay off and hopefully put an end to an unpleasant chapter of my life - fingers crossed.
Hope everyone has a wonderful and peaceful weekend - i'm going to try my best to, regardless of what lies ahead on Monday.

I think my 100 actually comes up tomorrow. My last day of gambling was 18th Feb so technically I am 100 free tomorrow. Whatever.
Anyway, looks like you pipped me to it.
