Feb,

Thanks for the post on my diary, which is much appreciated.

Congrats on going six months gamble free. This is a truly fabulous achievement and it is easy to see how you are benefiting from a happier and overall more peaceful lifestyle. That is all we want or need.

Tomso.

Really well done on the 6 months thats one massive achievement. You should be really proud of what you've done and just keep doing what your doing. You should be feeling good and celebrating but I just wanna say that gambling brings you nothing but misery I have slipped so many times, trust me you never wanna go back. Keep up the good work. Just think after the 90 day thread you'll be near enough 9 months gamble free!!! One day/one week at a time. Oh and on that note need a check in from ya. Have a great weekend.

WEEK 27. DAY 181. "It's another week of "NO" (to GAMBLING).

Well, six months have passed and five pay days. Another pay day yesterday in fact! How differently you think about your salary when you are not consumed by gambling!

Will be checking in with my July pay day mini goals later and then thinking about some new ones for August.

Got an email from a gambling site yesterday. Swiftly deleted it with no hesitation. Still have my block on my laptop which I know helps to eradicate any quick tempting thoughts I may get. The good thing is now, I can accept that it is normal to still get these thoughts every now and then and to just let them pass and float away into the clouds where they belong.

Take care all.

Great post. Yep the urges will come but just let them come and go without a moments thought great stuff. I just saw you've checked in. Lovely jubbly. Your doing awesome. You say you've got some mini goals I think goals and targets are a great motivation to success. When you complete them goals make sure you acknowledge what you've done. Celebrate it with perhaps a little treat doesn't have to be big just so you realise how great your doing. Have a lovely weekend.

Hey Feb,

Well done for going strong, it is nice to see what people achieve the goals they set to do. It's amazing how you can reward yourself for staying on the right track.

Fantastic, keep doing what you doing, i'm very proud of you:)
