So continuing from my last post just got paid it's 1.30am I've checked my online banking ВЈ1994 paid... £600 has gone into my missus account I'm unable play online as self excluded from 10+ sites
So this is good i normally blow a good £100
It's only been 23days since I last played I did enter a bookies few days ago with only ВЈ20 but all machines were full so walked back out still with the £20 in my hand which I then brought some tabacco and decent lunch for once
I have a stag do coming up this weekend but I don't think casinos and bookies are on the table
Also viewed a rented property with the missus earlier and it really hit home on this is the stuff I'm missing out on but I will continue to keep posting on here not sure if anyone's reading but at least I'm expressing willing to stop and think twice about feeding the machines// corporate barsterds
Really hope you can stop the gambling Watts . It's difficult to accept we are compulsive gamblers who cannot win , however it's an essential requirement in overcoming the addiction .
If we lose we want to win our money back - If we win we want to win some more . You already know this cycle continues until we're broke and not feeling too happy about it .
Losses are gone forever , got to accept we're not going to get that money back , by trying to do so we simply lose even more . Let the past go and move on .
Nothing changes If nothing changes so maybe try to focus your time and energy on less destructive pursuits .
Its not easy for a compulsive gambler to stop gambling but it can be done .
