Good work mate. Sounds like things are going great, I can assure you the urges are a bi-product of you stopping. What really will push you through, is not acting on the urges that present themselves. What made us problem gamblers, is the fact that we probably bet when we didn't have an urge to do it.
I found that in the early days, I just committed to a daily post and going from there. Now I don't spend an awful lot of time posting, only if I feel that I need to. I'm far too busy living life that I completely forget about why I gambled in the first place.
Keep it up, it really does just become normal (being normal)...
Regards
Paul
Thanks Paul. Yeah to be honest things are going really well so far and the urges have really subsided. For me it was a lunchtime or after work escape and simply self excluding from the local bookies has made a huge impact. One day away from the half century.
