Hi my girl

Glad to see you are doing well. Thank you for your kind words in my diary.

"Today I will deal with what is getting in my way and I will smile and laugh at things which are going good."

I like it!

When I learned to smile and laugh at things which are going good,I felt good....

At the moment I am practising to smile and laugh at things which are not going good...(finding positives in them)

Every time I master that, I feel on top of the world.

I believe that when I can smile at not so good things,I have the peace and serenity I need in my life.

Love and Hugs to you and P

God Bless

Charly/Sabine

Hi Jas

Time for education - dictionary definitions:

Balance - a state of equilibrium or equipoise

Equipoise - equality in distribution, as of weight, relationship, or emotional forces

Jasstate - a condition given by balance and equipoise which enables a woman to feel comfortable in her own skin and able to provide sound support for others

Lovely C 🙂

Well...knock at the door, early too. Flowers?.........not valentines? not mothers day? not my birthday?........just a random act of kindness by my girls. I love randomness actually (not random gambling though!)

Spontaneous acts of kindness have always been my thing and it appears this has rubbed off on my daughters 🙂

Set me up for the day.

Should have gone to court today for my voluntary work but snowed in...sick of snow. So have been perusing the internet and having a lovely chillax (chill and relax...)

I feel I still need to post on my recovery diary because recovery isn't all about the

c r a P that gambling compulsively brings it's

also about the benefits and the happiness that is just there waiting for you.

Hi Jas

Hey - I'm chuffed -you popped in to chat just to check on me? I'm your number one cg?

But what happened to my drinkies invite ? I'm just staying in again!

Me soppy? Wrong man, never been known, hard as nails me, like Jack Regan off the Sweeney (but better looking).

Enjoy weekend, hope you're not too hungover.

Oooh so excited...one of my girls is coming home for the weekend....on the train now 🙂

Cash is low here and will be for some time to come. I have to live with this but one thing is for sure, I am NOT making it any worse. The budget is squeeky tight, even going for a drink last night was...should we shouldn't we......managed to scrape the cash together though....nice bottle of red on special offer...did the trick ;-)....just a question of getting out of the house. Luckily I have not interest in the bandits in the pub...just as well because there are three in our local now and there was always someone stuffing cash into their greedy mouths all night.

I have let my home go a little....it's not terrible but it needs sprucing up. So, I am going to t**t the bathroom up today with some paint I bought on special offer. It's such a long, long time since I had any interest in here that is quite a surprise to everyone that Jas wants to paint today.

Have a good weekend everyone.

Jas x
