I've just self excluded from an online site that I used to play on. My bank declined a deposit, which is good - stopped me from going any further. Strange that they did it, both my bank and credit card are pretty healthy at the moment, but certainly not a complaint as I'm sure they wouldn't have been.
I'm quite picky when it comes to playing, I only play games I enjoy, so if all the fun sites are self excluded, I should be OK.
I was doing well last time, the urges disappeared for a while, I just need to get past the urges when they come back. Not being able to log in and deposit £100 in less than 10 seconds will definitely help.
