Day 21

3 Weeks done! WOOO

Unfortunately caught the dreaded cold that's been going round work for the last week or two. So that has knocked me out a bit, feeling pretty tired.

No urges to gamble at all however during the last 3/4 days which has been great! Caught up with some old school friends over the weekend which was fun.

In bed most of the day with this cold 🤧 some little urges today I guess with the boredom of just watching tv all day. But they quickly went

Day 24

Been back at work for the past 2 days soldering on with the cold aha, works been fairly busy which I like and we have auditors in for their yearly visit which I enjoy.

Very little to none urges, which is great getting close to 1 month since last slots gambling which is a good milestone. Long may it continue.

Still getting a concerning number of adverts, I know it will be from my previous internet use, but the places they pop up like just adverts on youtube videos, which considering I am self exlcuded from the company is concerning, and considering the reason you get targeted adverts is because or cache and cookies etc surely there must be a way they can see your self excluded from that company? Just more that needs to be done I guess.

The start of a new week, tomorrow will be 4 weeks which I guess you can count as a month? Well either way I will hit my first 1 month gamble free this week 🙂
