Just been reading your diary Craig and although it's not as lengthy as some of the others it's just as inspiring. The difference and change in two months is fantastic and is a great achievement. You've been very honest and admitted you weren't a fantastic person but that's addiction for you. It really does seem as your committed this time and I'm sure your family is glad to have the old you back. Sorry to read about your impending redundancy but nice to read your looking at the positives and using the money to get back on your feet rather than gambling. I wish you well on your continued recovery and best of luck with the job interview 🙂

No gambling to report.

Not been on this for a while. Gonna make more of an effort to get on and give some advice to people just starting there journey.
I'm only four months into my own journey but the difference is amazing. I finish my old job next week working night shift and have got a new job in a totally different line of work which will be rewarding as well as Monday to Friday. This happened thanks to some very good friends I've made by going to GA.
I couldn't be happier with life. I go to 2 meetings a week and sometimes make a third. This is a must for me. Without meetings I wouldn't be where I am. Without this forum I wouldn't have went to GA.
Hope everyone is well.

Hi Craig, I'm glad to see GA is working for you. I'm gamble free coming up to 5 months now and couldn't have done it without the help of GA. I only make one meeting a week but if I ever feel the need I'll get to more. Good luck with the new job also, it seems good things happen when we do the right things!

All the best

Great to hear GA is still working for you mate, you are right its amazing the connections you make through GA, ive just be offered a villa for next year at next to nothing, got my mums house decorated at mates rates and four different people paid me a visit while in hospital the other week. best gamble i have ever taken was walking through them doors, did not expect the amouint of support i would get.

Hi Craig. Thanks for your support on my diary. I've had a look through yours and it sounds like you're doing really well and you're in a good place mentally. Keep up the good work!

Hi everyone

No gambling to report
All good with myself. Since I've started my new job it has been crazy busy. I've had to do things I never thought I would have. Meetings with social work etc.
GA is going well. Still get to 2 meetings a week. Our meeting is on xmas eve and New Year's Eve which is fantastic. I can't believe how much life changes with no gambling.
Hope everyone is well
