Well today I’m 231 days GF and 231 days into my 1 year self exclusion with Gamstop. Well today I’ve just updated that to 5 year. I was already starting to think about gambling again after my year was up, so this takes that away from me, wasn’t a easy decision to make but I’m glad I did. Good luck everyone.Â

The change I've made this time is to come on here pretty regular and read and post milestones for myself as before I just used sheer will power and then the thought crept back in. But coming on here regular helps as it keeps the correct frame of mind and the mission on track. Best of luck 🙂
