Sorry to read of your hiccup,I too somehow contrived to mess up again Friday,I kept hold of my debit card,found a obscure bookies that offered bank transfers,a small losing bet got chased and the rest is history.
We have to get back up and move on. Close all avenues,Im definitely limiting the amount of cash available,I don't need a lot to get by day to day.
We know all the cliches;we can't win cos we can't stop - let's put them into action.
There's only ever 1 eventual winner and it ain't us,is it worth all the stress and aggro?

Day 6 completed which is a massive achievement for me when i considor its been pay day the european championships r in full flow and royal ascot has been and gone
I have gone a week before but im determined to see it through this time i really wanna know what lifes like without lookin at race results and watching the football without willing a goal in so i can get paid out i also wanna know what it feels like have the money left in my pocket at the end of a month without gambling as its only really then i think it will start to sink in that theres more to life then what im makin of it so far on this path i have chosen to walk for so many years ......heres to change good luck people
