Day 1. Early hours of the morning and feel anxious an wondering if indeed I can do this. Keep reminding myself I don’t like the person gambling makes me into, self obsessed, broke, nervous, a liar, secretive and not being true to myself. Never had much willpower but am just going to take deep breath and at least try. Have read Mixers post an u tube. Am tired now so hopefully will sleep.
Minnie I understand how gambling changes us. Let's remember the kind of person we really are and slowly begin to shed that false clothing of gambling. It's a heavy yoke to bear and it's time to shed it. Let's find ourselves again. It's never too late. tara2
