Stick with it, the year is a stressful time. You've done well.

Many thanks MGR, so scary how these thoughts come from nowhete. Anyway I have treated myself to the masters on tv, a bit sad but I enjoy it and can work and watch, my treat for reaching one year. Next target is 500 days - then it will be 501!

Thanks stephen, not sure I feel like an inspiration, still feels way too early but if me getting to one year does help anyone else to a small degree then I'm a happy man

Next stop, a well deserved 366 🙂

Just for today, I choose to not gambke

Watching the golf, probably one thing I used to 'enjoy' gambling on.

Actually, sitting here now, just over a year gamble free, no, I didn't enjoy gambling in this, just watching, admiring and contemplating, teasing myself that I could play at Augusta, of course I never could - however if I refrain from gambling, I could, could actually be able to go and watch it one day.

The glimmers of normality are in the horizon. Everyday I face this b*****d addiction in the eyes and say thanks but not today.

386 days of not breaking.

Wow CG what a hard read that was at times.

I've been here a while now but just pop in and out these days....I like you spend more time reading the f & f section because, as you said, it continues to show me the harsh realities that come with gambling.

Your story is so similar to mine, it really hit a nerve.

Congrats on reaching 386 days...a fantastic achievement.
