Am checking in myself for this first week. Am on day...hmmmm... 10 after my lil bday celebration at casino! Booo..but evey day i abstain i am taking it in my stride! Living with emotions and riding them out without cluches is something I'm still learning to do, but it's amazing feeling to wake up and have no hangover of the session from previous night!
Keep them check ins coming troops! I might be updating a lil later than morning... not an early bird on first day at work so apologies and no panic please ☺
