Good day today my Dad got the all clear from the hospital today the treatment has worked and the bladder cancer has gone back in six months for a check up.:0)Love ya dad.

No stupid texts from casinos today so maybe my short but to the point answer to their question worked.

Another day nearly over another day of finely feeling like im getting on top of things.

Getting abit obsessive about doing my finances as i cant believe ive caught up with my self and keep checking i havent made a mistake i suppose a habit from when i used to gamble desperately working out how to pay everything.

Now to stay this way and not go back EVER.

Today started badly im supposed to leave the house at 7.45 i woke up at 8.00 cant remember the last time i slept through my alarm Mad rush to get out the door kids to school/nursery,but it did prove my eldest can get up washed and dressed in less than 15 mins.Have had a headache all day.:0(

Got home my front room lights had blown no spare bulbs so have had to nick them from lesser used rooms.:0(

When i go to bed im staying there all weekend.;0)

Another pay day dealt with bills paid ,cash withdrawn job done no gambling. :0)

Very very tired still, really dont understand why in fact exhausted is more the right word.:0(

Hope everyone has had a good week going to cook dinner now friday fryup yum yum :0)

Feeling very fuzzy headed today and abit bunged up i blame my boss one of our jobs cancelled so she made us do leaflet delivery instead in the rain great.Better than losing wages i suppose.

It seems things have settled down again with the urges and niggles been ok this week and as ive withdrawn all cash from the bank it will be another weekend free of gambling.

Sounds to me you are going great guns. Oversleeping is a bad one as the whole day is out. Fortunately I haven't done it for a while. Be careful of those tired feelings as that is when things get on top of us and we slope of into our own world of escapism. Try and take 5 minutes out for yourself tonight and relax. Keep posting and reading I enjoy your posts very much and the dialogue you have with fellow members
