I was woken up this morning by my two angels with tea and toast which started my good day.

Not to spoil it but my 3 year old ate the toast and my 13 year old needed me up to give him a lift to meet his friends but its the thought that counts :0)

Had a few gambling thoughts today but not urges so didnt think about it to hard,out all day tomorrow so no time to think about it.

Out all day on a boat bit chilly but good laugh,kids loved it especially LO.

Home now for some dinner and a relaxing evening.

Up in the north and Manchester/Liverpool its always...raining....we are the grey sky of the UK and sometimes called the "armpit" of the UK....but we boast the highest rainfall.....lol

Great to see you getting on with normal life, as that is what recovery is all about. I know what you mean when you say you used to carry a panicky feeling around all the time - it just becomes normality, and feels weird when you are calm! Your eldest seems to be giving you all the positive feedback you need, when you say he hardly ever asks what is wrong anymore. That is brilliant! shows how much things are changing for the better.
