Start of another week...... a very cold week it seems...... snowing today....gritted at work.....done my usual jobs for the day.....nothing spectacular happened.....just plodding along.....working this saturday....then in the afternoon my sister is coming over....then a roast round my folks.....then day off sunday to watch the spurs game.

Spurs draw man citty in the fa cup  which will be particularyl hard..... but if we beat them we will be in great place to go forward.

time is precious.......

Im thankful today to be healthy....well healthier than i used to be.....its a long road to being trim too but one that im willing to take.....

Bought sausage a chips at work today not healthy but was nice....then had soup....then had super noodles and toast tonight...so ive eaten a lot today but yesturday i only had one meal so its swings and roundabouts.

Evening diary...... Another day has passed..... Went to folks tonight for a bath (mines broken) will have to get a plumber in soon to sort.  Maybe next month as having a particularly good month finances wise.

Felt like getting some chocolate today...... So I went to sainsburys and treated myself to nine pounds fifty worth of chocolate, crisps and crumpets..... Then got a Waitrose free coffee on way back..... Nice to treat myself

Then after going to folks I played Xbox with a friend......was fun.

I'm working this Saturday and next Saturday so will earn a bit extra but won't be doing park run....

.y sister is coming over after work on Saturday then we will have roast beef round folks.....

All in all work is going great..... My boss has been off several months but his boss has been in and it's been ok..... I've got everything done and have not been stressed.

I cancelled my gym membership today as I think by the time it opens in March it'll be warm enough to do exercise outside.

This month ive aimed to save 750 pounds towards my debt.....and it looks like ill achive this........ive also bought my nephews birthday presents for march and april so im abit ahead.

It looks like ill be able to save 750 pounds each of the three last months of the year.....this will mean ive saved 8000 pounds this year of the 13400 ive earnt (all this goes towards my debt which is currently standing at 39000).

My end goal for all this hard work, sitting in cold thru winter months, not going on holidays abroad and spending wisely and budgeting when it comes to food is that id like to be debt free and have 7500 in the bank by the time im 50 (may 2031) so that i can have that summer (or whichever has the euros on) off work for six months enjoying a sebatical in the sun....and reaping the rewards of budgeting and working hard.....it will also mean that on a minimum wage job working with skitsophrenia i will have managed to pay off the balance and own my flat outright by the time im 50.....i think that will be some achievement for me and should i stay healthy and stay employed with the budgeting and staynig strict on myself theres no reason why i should fail......

I signed up to another six months of sky sports for 18 pounds a month rrp is 35.99 so got it half price....pretty happy with that tbf.... also ive managed to get apple tv to try for free for 3 months...theres a few things i want to watch on it...hoping i can wait for couple of months before using the apple code so i can watch now tv a bit longer....then use disney and apple after which ive got both for free.

Hello dear diary...... Another 8 days have passed...... just got in from folks.....went for dinner.....roast pork....was nice.....  Whats happened in the week just gone.... i worked pretty hard.....i dont think ill get a pay rise but have to see whats said in appraisal....  I didnt do any overtime over the weekend but was very busy.... i walked 16000 steps on the saturday and 8000 steps on the sunday.....went to a social club and played pool, went to folks for a bath......watched my friends football team on the sunday....went for a curry lunch on the sunday......watched a bit of tv and played a bit of xbox.......

I have worked out that i dont need to havee my water heated throught everyday, i can just boil the kettle to wash dishes and my shower is one that individually heats the water as it comes out so dont need the emersion for that..... not having baths at mo as tap broken.......my water is seperate from my heating system.....so ive turned that off and as a result ive saved about 50p a day...... so last week monday - sundaymy electric cost £8.12 as a result woooooooooooooooooow so good and because ive only had heating on twice in that week my gas cost £2.76....... wooooooooooooooooooooow soo low.  Im thinking next month i can save even more this month should come in at 75-80 pounds including the standing charge.....next month ill aim for 60.

Evening diary,

Another seven days have passed.

worked an extra 1.5 hours on friday to cover sickness (just me in from my dept).....

Then rested over the weekend...... done a bit of work putting together some blinds for my kitchen and bedroom.

But generally had a quiet weekend.....

Had a friend over saturday and ate chinese.

Sunday ate a curry.

Watched all the football.

Then claimed back m 1.5 luie time today and just worked a short day as a friend came over in the afternoon...

caught up then showed him my new tv and xbox played some games he liked it.

Then had a nap.#

Then invited another friend over for the city game...

They came over and i cooked bacon sarnies with scrambled eggs....

He brought tripple desserts from the reduced counter lol

We had one custard cream cake each, half a scone with cream, and half a cream doughnut each lol.

Thoroughly enjoyed today ....

And to top off the evening my dream team are now top of my league horray....

Just got to stop my impulsive late night fant footy spending spent another 8 points on sat night...

But going to have a midfield and attack of Debroyne, son, maddison, richalison, salah, Adeboya, alvarez and harland all the best in the league lol....

Since they started it ive saved about 15 pounds in credit...pretty good ey.  Most of the time i have a nap in the dark then turn it back on when i wake up.

My boss was back at work for a total of three days before having another sick day today..... totally crazy.

Evening dear diary......Another few days have passed....tried to give some advice on the forum thru chat room.....been to work weds thurs......pretty good days.....enjoying my work tbf.....

Just one more day then the weekend to enjoy..... going to relax on sofa for the weekend.

no one over..... ill go for a few walks.....relax.....enjoy the weather.....

Today i started walking past sainsburys.....then i thought i could get some peanut butter.....and marg.....then i thought no its fine ill get from waitrose....then i thought ill save the money and just get bananna from waitrose and go to sains for bmarg.....so walked in sainsburys and just happened to go past valentines aisle..... had a look and it was discounted.....took a closer look and there were bargains i got 6x mashed potatoes tubs 22p each, 2x chips boxes 27p each, 2x2 sirloin steaks £9 down half price to 4.50p, 1x 2 rump steaks £7.50 down to £3.75 and lastly i got a no beef wellington half price for £3.36........i also got marg 90p peanut butter 99P and some shower gel x 2 for £2 in total i spent £22 but got 8 meals of taste the difference food.....and considering a steak meal in a restaurant would probably cost that for one meal i think its pretty super savvy.....i just love saving my money.....

Evening dear diary, two more days have passed..... thought id write a post on what has been a pretty relaxing day and tomo looks to be exactly the same...... Friday night i went to my first residents association meeting as a director...... Looks like the budget for the coming year is more expensive than last..... which will put my monthly bill up from 52 to 58.50p a month.....(it went up from 44 to 52 last year too)....this will pay for minor works and gardening...... then they would like to pay for re pointing of all the flats which will obvs need scaffolding again...... the last year we got scaffolding it cost us 2k each for that work so im assuming with the actual re pointing to do this will be maybe 3k each but not sure untill quotes come in......at first i was against it but then my parents read my survey from when i bought it and it mentioned the poor pointing at top of flats which may need attention......so it would be good to sort it for future damp etc.

In order to pay for this this year ive just looked at my spreadsheet and ive saved 61% of my wages towards my debts.......At the end of next month i will owe 37K down from 42k start of last financial year (Not too shabby for someone working part time on min wage ey).

Im pleased im a director as although last night i got a bit tired reading and working out all the financial ins and outs of the flats im happy im doing it as i get a good say in everything that is acted on for my flat and the condition of it.....

Today i sat on my sofa and done an email discussing flat plans to the managing agent then watched all the football and ate a pot noodle, cherry pastry and pasta bake..... not super healthy but oh well.....

Tomo im watching both games and have invited a friend over for some steaks ive tken out the freezer.....pretty good going....

On the 22nd ive got my rearranged appraisal..... hoping that goes well/?

Iv also got mental health review and blood test coming up.

Had my injection this week and its fair to say touch wood (as i just have literally) my voices and overall health is very good lately..... long may it continue (no day off sick currently for almost 6 months horray) touching wood now lol.

Ive also been working on helping as many people as i can on gamcare chat when they start out....they come in in terrible states very low on energy and at their worst points in life....and we get them to work on their lifes and thankfully soo many keep going and stay on the chat room so you can see the major improvemtns in their lifes.

Also ive just signed up to the gym again....it opens in spring im hoping next month and im paying 105 pounds for six months then i will cancel when it goes up to 28 pounds a month.....im hoping it works really well and i go lots and get lots out of it....but if i dont all i have to do is cancel...

All the best Adam xx
