Day 133,

Had some really good news today. Got myself a job start Wednesday so happy about that. It is only temporary but will keep me busy all the way up until my honey moon it is all working out for me and my wife at the moment.

Just shows being gamble free really does make a difference I am so glad i wanted to pack it in and live my life because gambling definitely puts you on the edge and you could easily topple and not recover. Where as if you try stop gambling you are giving yourself a chance to recover and a better shot at life. Today I will not gamble

Ricky 🙂

Day 134,

Well today is another gamble free day for me. Had a nice long laying got paid from that other job I did for a week and start my new job tomorrow. Things are looking up for me and the only way I will crash and burn is if I gamble. So I will keep that in mind and not gamble today or tomorrow because I really don't want to crash. 134 days is such a long time to me and to get this far is really something. So I will continue like this and keep surprising myself. 🙂

Today I will not gamble I hope you can all say that too. 🙂

Day 135,

Up really early today because I went to bed too early last night and my body clock is used to me only having around 6 or 7 hours sleep thanks to the army. But anyways I am up ready to go work today so Looking forward to earning extra money to paying off my debt savings Christmas and Honeymoon :).

I can't emphasize enough to anyone struggling with giving up gambling or new members just starting a diary who might read this how being gamble free is so much better. If I made a graph for how much happier I was or less stressed or how my life has just got so much better the result for each one would be a 100% increase in each one and the line would go of the chart because It really is so much better being gamble free.

My next move is to pay all my debt off which is achievable by January 2013 thanks to the Army redundancy. I just think I have been giving another chance in life to redeem myself now I am married and a free man I have another shot at trying to enjoy life and make the most of it. So I am going to show everyone it is achievable when you get a chance like I have to make things right you learn from hitting rock bottom you get back up and fight all the urges.

Today I will not gamble.

I heard a good saying the other day it goes " Everyday you get a day older but on the plus side a day wiser." Then I thought to myself everyday I am adding another day to my tally of being gamble free 🙂

Take care everyone

Ricky

Day 137,

Well The Job front is going well much better then the other job that is for sure it is only for 3 months so will just push myself too do well and earn as much as I can to put into savings.

The Gambling front is still away been gamble free now for 137 days and just 2 weeks away from completing my second goal 🙂 so 14 days from now If I complete the Challenge I will be 151 days gamble free. All exciting stuff just got to keep my determination.

Me and my wife are going out tonight for her friends birthday celebration really looking forward to catching up with lots of friends I haven't seen in ages going to be good.

Hope everyone has a nice gamble free weekend.

Ricky 🙂
