A year on gamble free

Hey Hit the big 150 and not a jackpot but something bigger a 150 days gamble free 🙂

Well tomorrow (Friday) I would have completed Flaggs' 90 Day Challenge. I am so proud to have got where I have with everyone support on here and at home. SO I thank you all for that.

I am looking at working towards a new target I have had some problems recently with my family and deep issues where I have been thinking too much and it isn't good. I want to get through Christmas gamble free and I will try so hard to get through this.

Also thanks to everyone who has wrote on my wall. I have been so busy with work and am probably doing far too much but I am only in this job until end of December so going to get the most out of it and with me working so much hopefully it will keep any gambling urges at bay.

I hope everyone has a good weekend whatever the weather 🙂

a massive well done on reaching flaggs 90 day challenge

I completed a challenge and got to one of my targets today :).

I have set a new challenge the toughest one yet. I may have served 7 years in the army but the next 80 days are definitely going to test me mentally that is a fact but a challenge I will take head on.

My reward if I chose to except this challenge and complete it is 14 days in the Caribbean on a Cruise with my lovely wife for our honeymoon.

Just want to congratulate everyone who completed Flaggs challenge and well done and also a big thank you to Flagg for all the massive support 🙂

Well done mate on completing the 90 day challenge. Its one hell of a milestone. Your next targets another big one but one certainly doable and what a reward at the end of it. My reward for today was coming home and rowing with the mrs lol, gotta love married life.

Hope your family stuff gets sorted mate. And dont work to hard i bet you thought youd come out the army and take things easy for a bit - no chance lol. Just realised bad use of phrase "i bet". Ignore that lol.

Thanks for all the comments and congratulations On my achievements so far really means a lot. 🙂

I am staying on this road to recovery and no way I am going to fall off the band wagon now I got this far. And well done to everyone who completed that challenge but everyone on this site for all trying so hard to put gambling behind them.

I have just stepped up to Flaggs second Challenge and really looking forward to that. I know I have got a lot of work to do to stay gamble free and I also got a lot of work on until end of December to keep me busy. I think and Hope I will do this for me my wife and everyone on this site to show that we can beat this horrible addiction.

Well been another busy week for me at work with my shift change and all the overtime over the weekend I haven't had a day off in 12 days. But all good last day tomorrow and I get one day off.

I am going out tonight with my wife for a couple of drinks which will be nice. Then tomorrow of to London for ministry of sound with my cousin and some mates so lots of good things happening in my life at the moment.

I have been so busy just doing lots recently so haven't really been keeping up to date on here. But I will try harder and definitely checking in each week with flaggs new challenge. Which will keep me going I hope until January 🙂
