Here we go again, Day 1 full of hope and struggling to get back on track. Next few days will be difficult trying to stop, especially after winning circa 7k. So this is a big test, maybe easier to stop when your at your lowest point and blown all your money ! we will see. Thanks Carla for your positive message, thanks Bear for being a CHUMP like the dog meat brand 🙂

Work hard to put gambling out of your mind. You will want to go back for more and your mind will play tricks on you. We just can't win because we can't stop!

dark place i and everybody on here knows what your going through,

but as you know theirs only one winner and it not us.

ive been gambling neigh on 30 years ,from fruit machne horses and any thing else.

come back and get the support from here and take one day at a time.

ve been reading your dairy and all i can say is something my own man used to say to me is when i fell of my bike and that was get back on it.
