Slipped again over the weekend, not good !
I saw the price of 3/4 for Lupita Nyong'o to win oscar for best supporting actress in 12 years a slave & i could not resist. 23 out of 24 critics had said she should win and she did ! i totally piled in, in fact the bookies would not take all my bets. Did she win ? of course she did, not good i know but i kind of thought its my turn to take somer serious money off the bookies and i certainly did.
So back to day 1, of course mixed feelings but trying to get back to normality again.

Day 4 , surviving ! been busy in London, Park Lane hotel for 2 nights ! nice bars/restaurants ! sometimes it is a good life. I keep on fighting, Dark Place
Good to have you back mate Have al look back at your diarys when you were 130 days clear the transformation was amazing in person and on here family was important life was important hope you can get yourself back there mate x
Day 6, out with good friend later for few beers and chelsea game. No thoughts of gambling, in recovery mode and little stronger day by day.
