30 days gf to be honest not had time to even think about gambling and definitely no urges too worried about my grandson. He’s staying over Saturday so I can give him lots of love x

sounds awful. social services children services will now be in touch as this happened whilst they were in the house.give your grandson a big hug from us all.at least he was asleep .I can't imagine how u feel.i have PTSD as well and fortunately CBT was amazing for me ..stay the strong person you are .have a great weekend x

So glad things are quieting down the only trouble is I now have time to think about those slots. No urges Just thinking periodically about it. Still got money in my bank account which is amazing I’ve not had that for so very long, I’d empty my account a few hours after pay had gone in. It’s hard to get used to still having a bit of money but good. I still can’t believe how much I threw away but have nearly come to terms with it. 33 days gf, feels good

34 days, not really urges but on tele an ad came on and even though it was a bookmaker they were really pushing slots 🙁

Not thought about gambling at all today been way to busy looking at properties and arranging viewings, hassle or what. But really looking forward to be closer to my son (who needs my support) and grandson and granddaughter when she comes up from down south. It is helping me stay off gambling as well as blocks of course. I’ve tested K9 a few times when in weak moments searched for a site but K9 blocked them so glad for it or I don’t know if I’d have relapsed. I don’t want to gamble but the pull is still strong but getting weaker. I literally do take it one day at a time. Bestest wishes everyone stay gf x Lulu

Just caught up with your diary and can't believe what I'm reading. It's a shocking time for you all.
Stay off those slots lulu - your family need you more than you need the slots. They'll just mess with your head and you need it to stay clear.
