Yes 50 days feels good this is longest I’ve gone in a long while, used to last maybe a month off it before going back so it’s really good. Those utube vids are good some are c**P but some good. With regards to your son you must be devastated because you know first hand about this addiction but what a massive achievement by him to admit and hand his money over to your dad. Now he's come out into the open I hope he can have the strength to call on you and your dad when he needs the support but ultimately help himself in the process.
It sounds like you are doing all you can for your son - thats all anyone can ask.

Hi lml xx aww thank you that post really cheered me up 🙂 it is quite tough at moment, when I spoke to my son today he was in tears saying all sorts, it’s very hard but will manage, like you say I’m more in control etc, definitely, I hate gambling now. I won’t be on as regularly for a bit as we move Saturday and got loads to sort out before the move and of course move then all what comes after. I’ll feel much better being closer to my son and parents, mum in law, rest of family and friends. Definitely be better and new start totally gamble free. So I’ll just check in on my days but probably won’t have time to post more but you never know lol thanks lml means a lot your post and cheered me up x bestest wishes Lulu x

51 days and despite being so busy got some urges, same old thinking, maybe now I’ve had a ‘break’ I’ll be able to go back to it and control it. Usual stupid thoughts. That kind of thinking has screwed me up before but not this time, this is life long, that I have accepted. Bestest wishes everyone

Good luck with the move! Im helping my mum move closer to me on Monday. She just sold her house 30miles away after me and my sister moved here, she'll only be a 2 minute walk away which is nice. I didn't go back to my home town much since i moved away 2 years ago.
