To be honest been keeping busy with my little one and the garden lol . I had some urges the other day but managed to keep busy till it passed . Wow 70 days gf and it feels so good had urges to buy scratch cards but didn’t so all good long may it stay that way

Aww Stephen thank you you have a wonderful way with words and every post from you lifts me up. I feel honoured too to have met you and others here and sharing yours and others journeys. It’s tough but we support each other and I don’t think I could’ve gone this far without you and others. Things good in new home just my son who as always is a big worry, he’s in prison now he got 12 weeks for shoplifting food but he was already under Probation. Now we’ve moved I can get good support from an organisation here so that’s good. I’ll catch up on your diary soon Stephen see how your doing and I hope alls well bestest wishes x Lulu x

72 days! GF! No real urges just thoughts now and then. Even being sad over my son isn’t giving me urges but when I do think/imagine playing slots I liked I do get that rush but I immediately stamp on that feeling and don’t run with it. Bestest wishes everyone x Lulu x
