This may sound, like an obvious solution that you have attempted and tried before - apologies, if this is the case. Have you contacted Moses, and requested a geographical area block?

Often, when clients take a proactive approach, it creates a feeling of empowerment and involves looking at negative situations in a positive way for example:   problem/solution/action - These steps are protective layers, and can build motivation and confidence.

There are so many alternative sites to gamble, I do appreciate this.

Perhaps a treatment pathway, being supported by a practitioner to encourage you, to look at healthier alternatives to gamble, and the benefit of having someone to listen to your anxieties, could be of benefit to you.

We also launch a new online program EmpowerMe, in May 2024 - Please keep your eyes peeled on the website, and consider signing up.  Having a practitioner to support you, and to unravel and unpick why you are gambling, could be hugely worthwhile.

Have a think and reflect on the positives that come from working with a practitioner.
