Day 263..

Wow, I really should update my diary more often. Ha ha!

Anyway.. there's not much to say! Still completely gamble free and I'm now getting myself increasingly stressed by work, planning a wedding and some more "normal" day to day issues!!

I can't really describe how I've done it, I just have. When you shake off that repetitive cycle, like a drug.. the desire to gamble at all costs really does wear off.

Thanks for all your advice along the way.. keep fighting/talking everyone.
