My baby to a ga meeting? After all I’ve done my partner is treating me like rubbish and I can’t rely on him to watch the baby. I need the meeting. Also I won’t get there till about half hour into it does that matter?

Hello Rustypat,

If you do end up turning up late to the GA meeting it might be worth mentioning to them that you have a baby and that you may occasionally be late to the meetings and check if this is ok with them. Please be sure to also call our freephone helpline on 0808 8020 133 where we can support you by giving you some information regarding local early years services that you might find helpful to you.

Hi Rustypat

re GA can only speak for my meeting, but it wouldn;t be a problem for you to turn up with a baby. Its hard enough for a person to accept that they need help, but i might suggest you email the group you plan to attend. Their details will be on the GA website by the group address.
