DAY 1

Day 4 of no gambling, haven't touched a ciggy in the same ammount of time thanks to this vape pen! Iv sorted out all of my stuff to take back to base on Sunday so that's a weight off my mind.

Me and the mrs are going to a really fancy resturant tonight which will be lovely, just about fit into my suit though because of all of the over indulgence during this festive period haha.

I was supposed to do loads more exercise than I actually have this holiday but oh well iv got a couple of weeks to train before I head off to Germany for a weeks skiing!

I'm ten years older than you, I have gambled away all my money continuously. Marriage, house, car - I don't have any of them. Neither will you if you gamble like I have.

Well done for seeking help at a young age. You seem to have a good life, make the most of it.

Day 6 going back to base today so feeling s**t, iv had a wicked Christmas leave and am gutted to go back! Looking forward to doing some exercise though to lose that Christmas weight!

I haven't been on here few a few weeks because of work and stuff, I have had to change my last days since gambling because I had a tenner on the football a couple of weeks ago, haven't gambled since which hasn't been to difficult! I banned myself from all of the betting shops and casinos in the area I live now and I don't gamble on my phone anymore because of blocks so I literally cannot gamble even if I wanted to! And honestly I feel amazing! I'm currently in Germany skiing for a week with work and when I get back I'm going to book up some driving lessons!!

Yes kft the thermal socks are brilliant iv spent most of the week on my a**e haha, did my first red run today iv never been so terrified in all of my life! Have you done any skiing?

I have mate a few years ago one Christmas I was flying down the slopes I used always beat my son even did some snow boarding doing tricks on the half pipe eventually I got bored of the Wii.

Back to 0 days gamble free, I feel like such a fool! I owe hundreds of pounds out of my wages before I even get them next week! Iv been playing the stupid roulette machine again this month and it's time to get back on the horse and quit! This self destructive behaviour has to stop! Iv got my driving test booked up for April and I'm taking lessons regularly so that will be something to work towards and take my mind away from gambling!
