Day 2 without a bet, when your skint it's easy not to gamble and since I don't get paid till next Monday there won't be any chance of me gambling. I'll post again on Monday to see how I feel about things!
Very true, it is easy not to gamble without money. Maybe try to use the time to try to put in place a way to restrict the access you have to money in future.
